Lawrence Johnson Upstate Elite

Another week has gone by and i have been playing basketball every day for like an hour because i know that you are not always guarennted to go to every tournement you have to earn your spot and that is what i am trying to do. I am really looking foward to the upcoming tournements in june because they are some big tournements and or team needs to put Upstate Elite on the top teams map. We will be playing some hard competetion but i think with our whole team there and how hard we have been working in practice we will do extremely well. One of the reasons e will do good is because we all have roles on the team and we have to fill those roles in a game or at practice. The offense hat we run takes a lot of teamwork and good chemistry and we are starting to gain that with eachother and when we become perfect at i have no prblem saying we will be unstoppable. I cant wait for next practice because it means taking a step closer to being a unstoppable team and another step closer for me to get better than i was in the begginging of the year.

dang javon you make a perfect point you got dreams and then you got goals. When i was younger i always dreamed to go to the NBA but as i have moved along i have devleoped dreams into goals. You cant just dream you have to make a goal because a dream cannont always be fullfilled and a goal you have to do it yourself and work at it. Javon used dwight howard i will use Kobe Bryant he had goals all his life from the beggining when his dad was in the NBA. He set a goal to get drafted and he did 13th by Charlotte Hornets. Thenn he set the goal to become the best and wina championship and he did that FInals MVP and won three championships with the Lakers. Now he is still going strong and setting goals. When i get older i wanna be just like Kpbe or Derrick Rose (another one of my favorites). With Upstate Elite you can tell just by watching practice that we have a chance to win the AAU national championship we have the talent and the work ethic and most of all we have the coaching with Coach SUllivan and John Wallace and Mr.Thomas. MY goal is to win the whole thing and win a state championship go to the Addias super 64 and help my team win in the NBA and then go to the NBA and play against my fellow teammates that i have now. So you can dream but i am gonna set goals.

Since were supposed to do a weekly post i will just talk about my whole week. School was long and boring but every night i looked foward to practice and now i’m about ready to just go to bed and unhappily wake up tommorow and have to go through school all over again. I get to stay after school though and teachers help me with work so i am still a student athlete and then  i have practice at night so i think this will be another busy week but i love basketball and will do anything for it

I think that upstate elite is the best basketball program around right now becuase as coach sullivan as a coach in one practice you can get info on your game and drills for you to get better that you didnt even know about the whole school season. The people at the practices are very good and can make you way better.
